Returns & Exchanges

Turntable Lab offers a 30-day return policy for most new, unopened items to ensure you are completely satisfied with your audio gear. Please note that certain items like phono cartridges, headphones, and opened records are non-returnable due to health and hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the request and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals and accessories, and place them inside a sturdy shipping box with the RA number clearly marked.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our Brooklyn warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
